What is "Knowing Xavier" ?
Knowing Xavier is specifically a wattpad novel written by Scarlett Daisy . It's a YA fiction romance novel about Xavier, the "criminal" am Haley, "the bubbly" Xavier is a victim of domestic abuse. The story unfolds many different faces of Xavier in front of us as it goes by.
Its a pure sweet mixture of comedy, Thrill, Romance and Feelings of guilt and hopelessness.
The story has 39 chapters in total including the three bonus chapters which are fairly a 'Happy Ending'. Here you go with the blurb:

Knowing Xavier has been a sweet YA story, with all the mixes of good and bad, hate and love, hard and soft, in a sense a pure YA with everything set. A first person POV (for instance 'Point of View) young teens, love triangle and a major trauma.
Yeah, the story had actually some typos in typing, but, keep in mind if your story is good then it doesn't matter too much of your writing style, however if the story isn't good then the writing style won't help.
However the story has been once again a bit changed and..(I haven't read it yet, lol)The author says that only minor changes have been added to the story so I don't think there will be any great needs for me read it all the ay over again.
The story revolves around our two main protagonists, namely, Haley and (Of course) Xavier. Haley is a seventeen year old in her last year of the school and is a straight A grader while Xavier, Just the opposite, usually gets F's in his exams.
Perhaps the most catchy part of the story was the very first page. It was only this page that made me read the story.
The story begins hen Haley once going out with her friends finds out that Xavier is an unreported victim of domestic abuse. The same night, since she had her 10'o'clock curfew, Haley takes Xavier along with her to her home where her father, a real kind man, accepts Xavier whole heartedly and allows him to stay over for a night. From the days that follow Haley starts giving Xavier different lectures about different subjects and miraculously Xavier's grades start to improve.
As the story passes by Haley admits to herself that she had developed a liking towards Xavier, and just like any other story (You are right) Xavier likes her back. At the prom night, Haley and Xavier decide to dance together and win the dance king and queen award. However, Xavier who tries to bring the car and take Haley to the prom just like any other boy would do, Xavier gets beaten up by his stepfather for asking for the car.
That night he tells Haley the whole truth and tells her that his mom is a drug addict and everything he is doing is for her. Haley feels sorry for him and rushes towards her dad and asks for the car. Both Xavier and Haley rush to the prom night and gets ready for a dance but, people are surprised seeing Haley, the A grader with Xavier, the criminal. However, the matter gets summed up by Xavier almost punching Dray Carter, the villian boy who wanted to make up with Haley(But, his dream's all ruined ToT)
A few days later Xavier's mom dies of the overdose of a drug (maybe it was Heroin, I don't remember specifically though) and then, also Xavier's stepdad goes missing. Xavier do not want to go to the authorities or something to live (Maybe that's ca childcare center I don't remember it either but, I know you understand.) and wants to go away so that those childcare centre people don't come over and take him away, while Haley is angry with his decision and wants Xavier to stay and hide in her house.
And yes, Haley's decision is taken right and they all agree over it. A few days/weeks later Haley and Xavier go to Xavier's house to pick up some money Xavier has collected for his mother's treatment, something that was no longer possible, so he decided that he will use the money for his tution fee.
The day they both go there, Xavier's stepdad is present there who shots Xavier through a bullet and Xavier passes out. And yup, then comes the happy ending of the story where Xavier's stepdad is arrested in the case of giving overdose of drugs to Xavier's mom and for Domestic abuse. After the court hearing Xavier gifts Haley a flower and finally says the unuttered words of I Love You to her.
The story ends with a BONUS chapter where Xavier convinces Haley for - 'Will you marry me?' and Haley absolutely says a yes and THE HAPPY ENDING.
